USThe hotel has a great location, a large pool, everything you need for cooking, a vacuum cleaner, quick access to the ocean, and excellent beds for sleeping, not too soft and not too hard, just what you need.
We could hear our neighbors, we could hear their music and their conversations, we also killed a couple of cockroaches, they apparently came from the ventilation, there were none in the apartment.

Preis Leistung schlecht, dreckiges Zimmer und Pool, Lobby total ungemütlich und mehr als einfach, Mobiliar sehr eng gestellt, aber gut fotografiert, sehr einfache Ausstattung der Küche, ganz schlechtes WLAN, funktionierte nur in der Lobby, Müllschlucker direkt vor dem Zimmer und dreckig, dünne Wände- laute Nachbarn, Parkplatz mit 35,- pro Tag viel zu teuer Und liegt eigentlich im Hotel Casablanca! Wie die bisher positiven Bewertungen zustande gekommen sind wissen wir leider nicht!
GT1. La habitación estaba bien 2. El acceso directo a la playa es genial 3. Se encuentra ubicado en la mitad de la playa Miami Beach por lo que la ubicación esta bien 4. Marie estuvo pendiente de la llegada y la estadía en todo momento
1. La habitación no tiene ventilación y no tenía extractor de olores. 2. Se escucha mucho el ruido de las demas habitaciones 3. Lo negativo son las instalaciones en general del edificio porque da una impresión de abandono y descuido del mismo. 4. En términos generales no es un lugar que brinde una sensación familiar
GFLe bruit (jour et nuit) provenant d'une pièce métallique mal fixée. Le problème n'a été réglé que 6 jours après le signalement. La présence de cafards dans la chambre (photo à l'appui) sans doute à cause du local poubelles situé juste en face de notre chambre. Ce local poubelle restait ouvert en permanence. Durant toute la duree de notre sejour (15 jours), le ménage n'a pas été fait 1 seule fois et les draps n'ont jamais été changés. Nous avons dû réclamer du papier toilette et des serviettes propres. Les cloisons sont si minces qu'on entendait tout ce que faisaient les voisins. L'hôtel mériterait d'être entièrement rénové ou rafraîchi.

Review: Directly on the Beach with Pool and Parking (formerly Casablanca Hotel) Rating: ★★☆☆☆ This isn’t a true hotel but a mix of privately owned studio units, so management and service are limited. The building feels old and under renovation, with visible wear and dated interiors. My double queen room was clean but smelled of mildew, with a cramped dining table awkwardly placed right beside the bed and power outlets far from the sleeping area. Water damage, chipped paint, and missing fixtures added to the rundown impression. Overall, it’s fine if you just need a budget stay by the beach, but don’t expect hotel-level comfort or service.
