By car, less than 10 min. fom the ferry port.

Some dust in the toilets, on the sink and on the toilets. Also it would be better to take off the sofa which seems a little dirty (because old) and instead putting a private shower in the bedroom. And lightning the number 18 outside for people who arrive by night as it is quite dark.

"Fine, but traveller be aware finding and parking difficult"

Location very difficult to find especially at night. I would advise that’s a nighttime arrival will be very difficult to find the property. This area is fairly new and was not on my satnav and because of the time of day there was no one around to ask directions
