Clean, comfortable room with surprisingly comfortable camp bed. Tea and coffee, kettle, fridge-freezer and microwave all provided.

Not within walking distance of Newhaven town centre.

Lovely, large clean room with all amenities. Toilet and sink for sole use next door. Shared bathroom upstairs. All very modern. Will stay again.

Was perfect for an overnight stay. And Richard was prompt and helpful to respond our questions. At first, was unsure by shared bathroom but it turned out to be super clean and not an issue at all

"Calming cool room"

Loved the Big room and the really nice Tea bags. Lovely Big fridge and nice Sky TV on tap and the wonderful handheld steamer to iron my clothes. Went down like a treat.

The shower could have more power and control In temperature and maybe a separate system would help with that

"Great overnight stop for the ferry"

Proximity to the ferry port. We cycled downhill all the way!

Could have done with a pint of milk in the fridge to make tea/coffee.
