Ala Moana Hotel _ Ocean view with balcony

The owner is very personable.Super kind. I really appreciate it. He immediately took care of my bathroom problem.Not a single unpleasant look on his face. He responded appropriately to my emails and was trustworthy.The location of the hotel is also excellent. The second floor of the hotel is connected to the Ala Moana Shopping Center, so I could go to Macy's in 2 minutes.Nothing was too much trouble even on a rainy day.It was a very nice stay.I would stay here again.オーナーの人柄が大変良く、大変信頼できる人でした。困り事もoにもすぐに対応してくれました。 とても落ち着いてゆっくり過ごすことができました。ロケーションも最高です。 アラモアナショッピングセンターまでつながっていますので、2階から簡単にメイシーズに行けました。 雨の日でも困らない！

Nothing really it was great, but I’d provide some bath essentials, lady and men toiletries. You know some people don’t have to go out and get some while they’re traveling or staying it makes them feel more welcomed and supportive idk

Well the amenities they leave you with to start is not enough and have you call for them to get it when they are available this is privately owned and managed separately from the Ala Moana mantra

Great Location, Unit good size , Clean and good views Bathroom good size. Bed comfortable.

Privately serviced unit which i did not know, Telephone did not work & reception didn't want to help. Coffee making jug & microwave however no tea or coffee supplies, no cutlery or plates so items provided was waste of effort. 2 lights did not work.

Liked that it was connected with Ala Moana Park and beach and connected to mall

I felt i couldn't walk at night to Waikiki Beach. Poor street lighting and ? Might get mugged. Didn't like seeing homeless ppl camping at park. None of them personally bothered me, just looks unsafe.

とにかく立地は最高です。 アラモアナホテルからアラモアナセンターは二階で直結、そこからピンクラインの乗り場もすぐ、ドン・キホーテも歩いて５分ほどです。またホテル内にあるワンズレンタカーを利用したのですが、ワンズレンタカーは日本人対応でサービスも良く、料金もかなり割安で、借りる時も返す時も楽でした。 ホノルルマラソンのスタート地点も至近です。

Ala Moana Hotel by Mantla の直営ではなく、おそらく区分所有している個人か企業の賃貸しなので、いわゆる「アラモアナホテル」のサービスはほとんど何も受けられませんでした。 具体的には ・セーフティボックスがない（通常、アラモアナホテルには全室備えてあります） ・湯沸かし器がない ・コーヒーメーカーはあるがフィルターがない。 ・お皿、スプーンやフォーク・ナイフがひとつもない。洗面所のコップもない。 ・フロントに上記について要請したところ、オーナーに言えといわれた。 ・Houssekeepingに依頼してもすべて無視された。 ・三泊四日したが、清掃・シーツ交換は一度もなし。 ・ホテルの内戦電話が当初繋がらなかった。（おそらく意図的に、つながらない配線になっていた。自分で配線を変えてみたら内線がかけられた。その結果、自動音声のモーニングコールは利用できた） 正直、誰に言ったらよいのかわからないがお金を返してほしいと思った。
