Beachfront Bliss Apartment - Near Hythe - On Beach Seafront - Private Parking

Parking was brilliant Didn’t have to move car Every thing was on your doorstep

Couldn’t fault the location or property and how new everything was.

Nothing really, the single beds are quite narrow for adults but we slept well.

Sehr sauber.

Direkt am Strandaufgang.

Great layout plenty of space , comfortable clean and very well presented

Nothing couldn’t fault it for a rental property

Location and apartment were superb

Arrival message with entry instructions went to junk email which caused a delay but we were well assisted by phone.

Great sea view. Beautiful and well-equipped holiday apartment. Communication with the landlord was also excellent!

The beach location was amazing…and the Dymchurch area has such fun locals! Even though it was off season, we still shopped at the thrift stores in the local towns. The Christmas market in Folkestone was fun! Also our dogs were welcome in most places. That made the trip so much better for us as we travel with two large golden retrievers, Sophie and Gracie.

The check-in process was tricky.

Location on the beach. Flat was clean and kitchen was well equipped

Had numerous emails before and during stay outlining very many rules and penalties for which the deposit could be deducted. After booking and paying on booking.com was then asked to sign a lease and substantial deposit for a two day stay (which did come back several days later) alongside photo id. When we tried to get in contact re a parking query we had no response Double bed was two singles pushed together so has a ridge in the centre - not comfortable if you sleep in the middle Booking/hosting seems to be set up for long term leases rather than holiday breaks though the flat itself was fine, clean and perfect location The constant warnings of potential deposit infringements, automated messages and then lack of response doesn’t make for a great welcome as experienced elsewhere. I haven’t seen this booking approach or messaging in other stays and travel extensively

We loved the position right on the seafront. The apartment was spacious and bright, and the balcony was well used during the weekend thanks to some surprise sunshine and blue clouds on the back of Storm Claudia. Parking was convenient, and all communications were very clear.

The freezer had not been emptied from previous occupants and needed defrosting - one drawer could not be opened at all because of ice. There were also lots of dead tiny flies behind the lounge blinds.
