The personal was nice, the location met our needs and the rooms were clean

Old and need some maintenance, the aircondition is very noisy, the pillows and bed are hard like stones and not comfortable, we booked for 6 people, 3 ewach room and they said that we need to manage with only double bed for 3 ( my kids are 9 y. O and up) i didnt argue and Take another roon with extra payments but this is something i never met during our trips as a family, Overall disapointing

The hotel is very good. It is located in a quiet area. It is 10 minutes away from the sea. It is 20 minutes away from Banglo Street (assuming you are not in a hurry). All the photos are accurate. The food is good, but there is no natural coffee. The staff is very pleasant, helps with everything. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Bella l'area piscina. Camere non modernissime ma pulite ed accoglienti. Classica colazione stile Asia con un giusto mix dolce salato Mare a 500 metri. Patong Road a 800 metri. Consigliato il ristorante dell'albergo. Ottimo cibo thai

"Short but Sweet stay in Phuket"

Patong Palace Hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the lively Patong. It’s a small walk to the beach and all the vibrant bars and restaurants. It has a really nice swimming pool and our room had a nice patio with tables and chairs out front. Also, the TV was a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube!

Although we understand that Phuket is an island with lots of wildlife, we did see inside our room lizards and cockroaches.
