The lady on the reception counter was very rude.Room service was not provided properly not even water bottle was provided.The lady on the reception got up and started arguing and telling us to leave the hotel as if she is the owner.The way of talking was very rough she told ,take your wife and go out of my hotel I will refund your money. Morning there was a leakage in the room ,like a pond.Not

Very friendly staff and clean facilities. Highly recommended staying here. Value for money is very good.

The only thing is the bed was slight to hard for my liking but ok.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and spotless, the pool area was comfortable and very clean. The central location made everything in Patong easily accessible on foot.

Biggest let down was the bed. Mattress was lumpy and hard - pillows were solid foam blocks. You need a good night sleep on holiday - and the bed made that impossible.The Aircon was also not very powerful.

The staff firstly were super friendly, always helpful, I had a couple of unusual requests and they helped me out without expectation. The breakfast was just ok but there’s lots of it and great coffee. I did have a pad Thai in the same restaurant and honestly it was the most delicious tasty sumptuous Pad Thai I have ever tasted. It was so good I ordered it a few times more in my stay. Location excellent if you want to be close to the action although it was quiet and while at the pool you wouldn’t know you were so close to town. Great Value and the staff made it better value.

The Wifi is total rubbish.
