Homely 2-bed Terrace with Log Burner

Comfortable cosy clean terrace house. I had everything I needed in the kitchen. Bathroom was really nice. Much better space for my family than a hotel. Nice, cosy lounge, dining, ironing facilities.

Just parking/busy street slighly challenging but that's location not the landlord 😀

Liked the whole property. Both bedrooms were a good size & the beds were very clean & comfortable. The Kitchen & dining area was large & well equipped. Living room was cosy & the TV was a good size.

I find it really unfair to say but the garden could do with a sweep & cobwebs brushed away.

A good location around 1.5 miles away from the centre of Lincoln, everything you need for a base, plenty of parking outside too. The bathroom is fantastic.

The garden needs a bit of TLC

Fantastic location on a quiet residential street with very easy access to the city centre and arboretum via a direct footpath. Ample space and very tidy throughout. Well equipped kitchen and huge bathroom.

Extremely narrow and steep stairs posed a bit of a hazard (for our child; though not realised and appreciate this is a feature of properties of this type and age) as did the step down on the landing between the bedrooms. The garden could be improved and tidied.

Location good for Lincoln a short bus ride into centre . House is in a very quiet street plenty of places to park outside house free of charge. Very comfortable house with both a lounge and proper dining room and well equipped kitchen. Good space , beautifully decorated for Christmas and restful neutral decor. Comfy cosy beds and bedrooms and a huge bathroom with both bath and separate shower. Thanks for a lovely house for our Christmas stay.

Lighting for us was a bit challenging but that's probably because of our age ( oaps). One improvement may be a light outside to help at night if you don't have yr mobile to hand!
