security was good on the complex and in the room. very clean all around. nice well equipped apartment including washing machine, a great help.

was advertised with restaurant and pool bar and as a spa. no restaurant, was told has had not had for ages , same as a pool bar which was annoying and as would not of booked the apartment without these and especially not paid a 1100 euros for 4 nights, felt scammed. make things worse the jacuzzies were out of use again had been for a while and will be for the foreseeable future. i spoke to the manager of the apartments who confirmed this. the only reason i never kicked of was due to the fact Alex had my 300 euros deposit and was only there for 4 nights. the apartment block is built on a steep hill and is a good walk to reach any thing near by, if your not mobile don't bother or arrange a motor. the surroundings of the hotel are many building sites and construction work taking place.

The responsivness of the stuff In charge! Alex and Andrea were great! Responsivness from their side was amazing! They saved this stay for us. View was great! Plenty of space in the apartment. We checked in at 22:00, owner wanted to charge us the extra 25 euros for late check in, but after insisiting, they returned the paid money! Very nice gesture from owner side!

Terrible, almost unbearable odour from the toilets and plugholes! Sewege smell was on every single windy day! As I understood this is an issue in the whole building! Also plugholes and covers in the bathtub and shower were very dirty which increased the smell of sewege in the apartment! We had to insist in order to be cleaned properly! Cleanliness of the apartment wasn’t what you expect for the price I paid and modern look of the apartment! Out of 3 elevtors for a building of 46 floors was all the time broken, which forced us to wait sometime 5-8 minutes for elevators! Elevator wasnt fixed during the whole stay of 5 nights! Main front door of the apartment complex broke down on our 2nd day! We got stuck with our car for 20 minutes! Door was never fixed during our whole stay! The whole building isn’t managed properly! For the price what is charged the services are way too low quality! Just outside of the building there is a huge construction site from which the dust is picked up by the wind! On our terrace after 1 day you could see and touch the dust!

I had an incredible stay at InTempo Sky Resort! Robert, the owner, provided excellent care and hospitality throughout my visit. The luxurious pool and jacuzzi added to the overall experience, although it was unfortunate that the jacuzzi was temporarily closed for maintenance. However, I must say that having a bar and dining option on the top floor would have truly elevated the experience to a five-star level. Nevertheless, it was still a brilliant vacation.

It’s location and the views were incredible, was so peaceful and would recommend anyone who wants a peaceful brake not far from the town but also the privacy of the quiet and beautiful Benidorm experience, then this is your place!
