Robert was fantastic with Comms. Security guards and reception were always friendly. Facilities were very good and quiet too which is a bonus. Apartment was a good size for the two of us and loved the wee sunroom it had. Location for us was excellent because it was in the quieter part of Benidorm but five mins left or right took you to plenty of bars and restaurants. A twenty min walk along the promenade took you to old town and then a further ten mins from there took you to the English square.

Lovely and modern. Very clean Pool area and other facilities are never overly busy. Staff very polite and helpful

It is quite a walk into Benidorm. However we would just ask the reception to order us a taxi.

what about this luxury apartment which I fell in love with its magnificent view of benidorm the beach in the morning super with its dream swimming pool suna and jaccuzzi, absolute tranquility, I am used to being in hotels and luxury rentals but this place is unique in its kind, nothing to say everything has been planned for an unforgettable and soothing stay, you have nothing to plan just put down your suitcases, equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels, impeccable cleanliness, soundproofing parking on site .. .everything is there for your comfort, I would like to thank robert for his kindness and his advice he was present with me in messages every day a real heart of gold I will come back with great pleasure and without hesitation in this dream rental which deserves its five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you robert 🙏

Big and modern apartment. Clean, beautiful and spacious terrase. Two big bathrooms. The building has great swimming pools with very little people in pool, so you can enjoy swimming. Jakuzzis on the roof, you can enjoy anytime. When we went there, it was empty and free to use.

Amazing building and apartment. Clean, new and well designed apartment. Had everything we needed for a family stay in Benidorm. The pools and gym facilities are excellent. Penthouse level pool with views over the ocean. Huge ground level pool with afternoon shade.

The lady for cleaning just arrive at 10 am , but normally check out time is at 12

The communal facilities are not as described on the intempo site. There is no bar, restaurant, hot tubs are cold. Nothing to do with the property owner and will no the affect your stay
