The employees were great. Fantastisk pool with fantastic views. Too cold to enjoy the jacuzzis on floor 47... Due to weather. Parking in the building included was great

Very comfortable apartment, in a modern building. Close to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, but also very close to groceries. All facilities as described before booking. Very pro-active host: Robert is simply a role-model for a great host, who informs you very well about everything you need, making your stay really simple. Seamless check-in, easy parking (parking place in the same building, 2 lifts from the underground parking to the apartment). Superimpressive pool on the 46th floor, warm water (good for kids). But as in many other locations, the pool for kids under 16y is only accessible 15-18 (so good for guests with no kids but a bit demanding for those with kids;)). Overall a very good impression, no problems at all: this is how renting apartments should look like (clean, well-equipped, all as advertised).

There was no real bar or restaurant. A juice bar on floor 46 had great views but only a small vending machine. It was Nov so maybe in the earlier months there is more availability.

It was very clean, good layout, well located.

It could have been better equipped (e.g. no toiletries, no tea towels, no tin opener, had to put dishwasher on after every meal because there weren’t that many plates). The property policy of not permitting children to use the indoor pool other than between 3-6pm was also annoying, especially given the outdoor pool was closed. The property policy of requiring a cash deposit on arrival was also very frustrating. Despite having already agreed to Booking’s T&Cs we were then required to sign various additional contracts on arrival - both on paper and via the hosts phone. We weren’t too sure what all of these were or said as they were mostly in Spanish. Some bits were in English which had some very one-sided clauses (e.g. requiring us to “maintain the property in ‘perfect’ condition”). I’d never met the person I had to hand £300 before that day, never received a receipt for that money, didn’t see any terms of what would result in a charge vs what wouldn’t, there was no arbitration route as far as I’m aware. This doesn’t seem like a policy Booking should support or a fair host should apply.

Great welcome from Alex, very friendly!. Apartment beautiful and very clean. Enjoyed our stay. Would come again.
