Location is perfect for the village

Couple of tips. We experienced noise from the upstairs flat, in particular the bedroom and not from shouting etc but just moving around and voices. Maybe sound proofing would help. Lighting in the lounge is not great for reading in the evening. There is a lamp which helps one person but another at the other side of the sofa would be help. We still had a great stay.

Nothing. Exceptionally decorated and supplied with everything you need and more. Bed was so comfy, lovely linen. Lovely enclosed garden perfect for the dog. She loved it too!

A gem of a flat. Quietly situated at the back of a large victorian terrace house but on the main high street and closely located to Woodhall Spa golf complex. Immaculately clean and fitted out to a high standard. We stayed for a few nights but it was perfect.

There was nothing that we could fault. Would definitely return and re-book in the future.

The garden flat was superbly positioned straight opposite a fabb deli called Woodlands, the flat was immaculate and perfectly laid out, had everything you could possibly need. Perfect
