A lovely cosy property, good quality fittings and fixtures, well equipped and nice little extras such as the fruit loaf! Excellent location in the centre of Woodhall Spa and perfect for the dog.

There's nothing to dislike.

Clean, tidy, lovely decor, comfortable, excellent facilities and perfect location for Woodhall spa golf club literally 2 minute drive which was ideal for early starts

Lovely, clean, spacious property. Everything is finished to such a high standard. Great location, in walking distance to shops, pubs & restaurants. The private courtyard was perfect for a little dog to wander. A fabulous place to stay, would definitely recommend!

Everything. Beautiful property & decor. Exceptionally clean, spotless. Lovely private courtyard to sit and have coffee in the morning. Very comfortable beds.

The only tiny criticism was that there wasn’t a socket by the dressing table in bedroom. An extension lead would solve this as could not use mirror when drying hair. Really a small thing!
