clean well decorated flat in a good location

Need soundproofing between the upstairs and down stairs flats - at times it sounded as though the occupants upstairs were in the flat with us when talking. Also the shower non slip mat was full of mould so we didn't use it

"A very good apartment in the centre of Woodhall Spa"

Very conveniently located for the centre of Woodhall Spa, which has some very good shops.

We found the lighting in the lounge too dull, especially for eating and reading. An extra standard lamp might be useful. In the kitchen some egg cups would be useful along with a teapot and breadknife.
