Room was great, comfortable, well decorated. Location was handy for Windsor.

Breakfast poor, basically left to your own devices with a room to fumble around and try to find what is there. I had a bit of cereal and left. Shame, breakfast used to be great here when it was provided in the restaurant. No one to check out, just dump your keys and go. For £184 a night not good enough.

THE most beautiful room we have ever stayed in. Tastefully decorated, comfortable bed, lots of light and all the creature comforts of home...including an iron and ironing table outside our door! Emma couldn't have been more helpful in ensuring our stay was wonderful. She can also make a fabulous cocktail and dinner at the restaurant was gorgeous. Thanx for having us.

Really good location with free parking which is 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. Staff very friendly, bed was very comfy and room decent size. Coffee/tea facilities in room were good. Continental breakfast supplied was a perfect way to start the day and yummy. Literally less than 5 minutes walk to the River Thames and 10 minutes walk to the centre. Would definitely return here if we visited again.

Not the hotels fault but a party being held at a venue at the back of the hotel was quite loud till early hours in the morning (4am) which I can only describe as a man acting out as a cow (very random). However it would not sway my judgement on returning but maybe something hotel owners should pick up with rear residents over noise curfews. Hopefully this was a one off occasion for you.

The location right in the heart of Eton & Windsor was perfect & the accommodation was very comfortable. Very friendly & helpful staff.

The breakfast of cereals, croissants, fruit juice, yogurts etc was very nice but for the price of the room I think a cooked option should be available. Steep stairs up to the rooms (not easy with suitcases).

It was a very casual serve yourself buffet style with everything to provide a tasty breakfast and I had the choice of having a full cooked breakfast if I required it in the restaurant downstairs. Everything was of a high quality and a large communal table had been set very tastefully ready for visitors to enjoy their breakfast.

There was a problem with the toilet - the seat was loose, a fitting had become unattached and it did not flush very efficiently. The toilet roll holder also was very loose. I was assured all of these problems would be resolved quickly! However as I asked for a room with the least stairs to climb( as I recently had a bad fall) and I was grateful for the more practical location of the room, I did not complain but explained that it was getting worse each time I used it.
