Excellent room, ver comfortable and great location.

I was shocked to get there and find out the bar was closed and doors locked. No one had told me they would be closed on the Monday I was coming. Very disappointed the bar was not available for our use , since that was part of the reason we booked there. Also people need to be aware of how steep the stairs are with luggage.could not get good hot water. The place is beautiful but felt cheated when we arrived that it was locked up and bar closed.

Good location, very welcoming staff. Restaurant and outside courtyard lovely. Great food.

Good location. Perfectly placed to visit Windsor as well. Lots of attention to detail, in the rooms and the service.

The continental breakfast was included in the rate and was very good. You could book a cooked breakfast but that would have made the stay considerably more expensive.

Loved everything the townhouse was beautiful. The only thing was if you have large and heavy luggage the stairway is very narrow. The Staff were Brilliant, the young lass offered to help bring luggage up for me.. Windsor CastleJust a short walk, was very beautiful. 🥰

This is our second time to stay. Cozy, at home, good old house and very friendly. We arrived in Heathow airport and directly arrived here very early in the morning. However, how kindly allow us to check in and get in the room.
