Bathroom in need of attention, wobbly toilet seat loose shower plate

Breakfast was adequate, maybe egge would have been nice ..................... location was perfect.....

A bin in the dining/kitchenette area would have be an improvement

We were given an upgrade to an apartment type room it was lovely all the facilities and more. It’s in a great location to the castle and every thing and quiet which is good definitely be back. But if your travelling to see the castle be warned it’s closed tuesday and Wednesday we never got to see it sadly 😞

The bar restaurant etc was closed Monday which I didn’t realise but it wasn’t a problem we had our own key to come and go and there was plenty to do elsewhere

Loose WC seat Had to clean the shower head by rubbing my thumb over the rubber but no big deal

The staff was so friendly and caring.

The flights of stairs were very steep.

Great location. Excellent restaurant food. Very clean. Large and comfy room. Paid parking for one car in nearby car park. .

The stairs. My knees aren't great! If you're fit and healthy it's not an issue. Even to get to the first floor some visitors will struggle. Not sure this is mentioned when booking. There was nobody there to give the key and parking permit to and nowhere obvious that they should be put. Could be taken by someone dishonest. A secure box would be best.

Great location

The sheets were dirty, no one is onsight after hours to get any help...so we slept on the top sheet.

Location. Room and bathroom lovely. Restaurant amazing.
