Great apartment close to city centre. Great quality and value - would use again

The supplies in the room were great - breakfast cereal, milk, etc.

The room was on a very busy noisy street with street lights shining in the windows. Not great for someone not used to that environment. The car park was off site.

The accommodation was very clean, great location I love the welcome pack and the card too. I like the glass quality water.

Everything was great.

We had stayed with the Stay Company twice before and loved it. Not this time. This time we had trouble finding the apartment because despite being given the address (after we'd paid in full) we hadnt realised that the apartment wasnt actually within the Stay Company complex. Consequently although the car was safely parked within the complex, the apartment was a few minutes walk away in Friar Gate behind an unlocked front door. First impressions weren't good.The lock was broken but was fixed when we reported it. Also the bed sheets and duvet were too small for the bed so it wasn't very comfortable. We probably wouldn't stay there again
