Everything was clean and tidy and welcoming. Key collecting was super easy, hosts were very communicative and responsive all the way through. Easy to find and get into. So easy to get into town, as well. Comfortable, lovely and just a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Struggled to find it when we arrived but staff couldn’t have been more helpful

The property was lovely . Really enjoyed our stay there and it was clean , great location .

There was nothing wrong with the property , it was the last few minutes of being there that set it sout. I hadn’t been well the night before and hadn’t slept properly when it can to checking this was said to staff if they could please give 20 mins as I wasn’t totally ready . The lady in the office ( blonde lady) was abrupt , rude and quite non sympathetic really needs to take some sort of customer service course cause she really wasn’t nice. I was charged £15 for being 5 Minutes late out of room after explaining why I was late . I really would have stayed there up until that point but as there was lack of customer compassion that’s what wrecked it for me.
