BORÉNA Hotel Boutique

The location and the affordable price was what took us to book, but then it was a scam.

The hotel was not a boutique hotel. The reception was not even a reception and it was very near my room. I was hearing everything in the morning. They promoted direct access to the beach from the hotel. It was not true. The room didn't get fumigated I found three cocoaroaches in there. They even didn't offer me an alternative. I had to run away, promised me to get in touch with booking, never did that. I just lost money and got 10 euros in my wallet. Was not worthy the value I paid, I am sorry and the discomfort I got instead.

Dampness and mold everywhere

Everything. It was horrible. Super dirty, not taken care of The room was not renovated, smelled of mow. There were holes in the ceiling and walls. The net for the mosquitos not put in the window. There were cocoraches in the room.

Location

Very dirty and outdated room. Never had a deep clean. Stains on wall, mold build up in the bathroom, and general stickiness feel around room.

Is a big spacious room, and it has all the facilities unfortunately it smelled a lot like humidity and a few things were not working properly. Is on the fifth but a little far from the nightlife. What we loved was the staff, specially Lulu she was really nice and helpful.

WiFi didn’t work, a/c didnt cool enough, rooftop pool didn’t have enough light
