Location, greeting staff, room was great, good facilities and great location.

When we had booked the room for the next day with the staff the previous night, they wouldn't let us leave our things in the room. Insisted we check out and come back at 3pm..pain in the ass. So we cancelled our booking and left due to them being unhelpful with this.

The room was spacious and clean. It has a small kitchen, fridge and everything you need. The location is great, close to the beach and restaurants/bar Water pressure was good

Rooftop isn’t taken care of at all(pool, tables&chairs, very weak wifi, garbage) The bed isn’t so comfortable and you can see some stains everywhere Staff wasn’t attentive at all, had to say Hola 3 times to get attention

Good location; despite being on the far end of 5th Avenue, it's still near nice beaches, nice restaurants, and only a 15-minute walk from the club section on 5th. The plus of being away from all the clubs is that you have a much better chance of sleeping, but there still might be some late-night partygoers on the weekend, and that's the price to pay for staying on the 5th. Beautiful hotel and great prices. There is Netflix, Youtube, Disney+, and a few other streaming services, and the rooms are always very orderly and clean. I´ve stayed here three times, and it has always lived up to expectations. Front Desk does their best to make the process fast and easy and checking in with them is always a breeze

I liked that it was not super expensive and it was not far from things.

The place was very sticky. The wifi didn't work AT ALL and there is no network inside. They knocked on my door and woke me up when I was asleep. The outside door was reaaaaally hard to open, I had to bend a thing to actually pull the thing to open, and they key unlocked to the wrong way? They are quick to kick you out which is fine I guess but maybe if they didn't knock earlier and woke me up I wouldn't have woken up so annoyed and try to go back to sleep for an hour.

Everything inside the room was dirty and old with bugs.

Great roomy place like an apartment. Couple blocks from the beach but away from all the noise of 5th Ave. Great place!!

Location was great. There was an issue with payment and they charged me twice as much, I thought they scammed us however the staff were very lovely and we were able to receive a refund within a day. Keep in mind staff do not speak any English

The rooms were nice and comfortable but our only issue was mould on the walls and hot water didn't last very long
