I like it. Great rooms inside. Pretty comfortable.

Take into consideration. Its b&b is only about rooms. And small terrace. Not much territory. No hall. But in overal, location is good and rooms perfect.

Great location on 5th avenue. Close to amenities.

Room was full of mold and mouse. Lights & stove did not work properly. Housecleaning was sparse and not thorough. Pool was dirty and rooftop pool area not maintained.

The apartment was spacious with a big bed and the kitchen had everything you needed the balcony was big and it was at a great location staff were friendly

I was suppose to work online however I could not as the Wi-Fi was so bad I had to cancel 5 days work because of this. The pool area on the roof was appalling the pool was filthy and there were left over beer cans every were included the pool which was a shade of yellow - also the pool & floor on the roof was painted black so it burns !!!! I’m not sure why it says beach boutique or why it has pictures of the beach it does not look anything like that .

The location of the place is very good, close to the beach.

Lying personnel and cleaning service. Only one woman on reception was nice and the rest were very rude and unpleasant, especially a woman from cleaning service. We asked on the reception if on the last day we can leave out luggage after we check out of the room and back for them later on what we get the permission from reception however when we backed for our things we had very rude conversations with a woman from cleaning service that trow us out of the hotel saying that we can only be there until 12. She didn't want to listen that we get permission from reception and was keep being very rude to us. we couldn't even stay in a sharing area after we log of from the room. The behavior of the woman was very rude and unprofessional that is why I would suggest to not chose that hotel for the stay if they have no respect for their customers.

Was okay. Decent for it's values price.

The location was amazing. More like an air b and b then a hotel.

The front gate failed on me and I couldn't lock the door also the cord to pull the lock open broke. It was an obstacle but I got passed it. The bed wasn't that comfy.
