Elegant 2 Bedroom City Centre Apartment - Free Parking - Private Balcony

Location is a bit far from centre but OK

Train noise or whatever it was, it was a bit loud

A liked the size of the apartment and 2 bathrooms for 7 people were quite nice.

It is obvious that the apartment is much more used than it appears in the photos: dirty walls, carpets, bathroom silicone seals, and a dirty balcony covered in bird droppings. All of these are things that could undoubtedly be replaced. None of the three doors were functioning properly. The reservation was made for 7 people, and I also wrote asking for the sofas to be made up and prepared for everyone upon arrival. Of course, only the two double beds were made up, and we had to make up and prepare the sofas ourselves for the other three guests. This also involved searching for bedding and duvets in two different wardrobes in two separate bedrooms, and pillows were not even available, so we had to supplement them with our own pillows from the bedrooms. Honestly, the apartment would clearly deserve more care, not to mention the completely ridiculous process of entering a card for the security deposit in case of damage and the check-out procedure. We were leaving for the airport at 3:30 a.m., and the last thing I wanted was to take photos and upload pictures of all the rooms via the provided link.

There was enough space for a family of 4 .

It was not as described. It may have been elegant on the past but not currently. The carpets were stained , walls were marked , buttons were missing from sofas . The balcony was unusable as it was covered in bird waste .Generally a tired apartment .

Location great, comfortable. Had small issue and they cage within hours of submitting report. Staff very helpful.

Booking validation, check-in process. Parking first come first served rather than allocated.

The apartment is quite large and has a nice layout

I didn’t like the area it was in. The view was a bit scary to be honest. I know that cannot be changed by the owner, so perhaps not a fair remark. I did not feel very safe and didn’t go out for a walk late at night.
