Steff gentilissimo e molto attento alle necessità del cliente. Cibo ottimo. Camere sufficientemente spaziose, pulite e ampio bagno.

Imbarcazione non delle migliori se paragonata ad altre presenti nella baia ma comunque gradevole e ben tenuta.

My water wasn't replaced on a 2 night stay and water with dinner had to be paid for Whilst I appreciate everything has to be taken on the boat, water is a basic requirement and I think you shouldn't have to pay for it with a meal, the cruise is expensive enough to afford a glass or 2 of water It was unusually cold during our stay and there was no heat in the dining room making it unpleasant for passengers and staff For a 'luxury' cruise with such beautiful food it was a disappointment

Minh was amazing as well as all of the staff. Food was great and rooms were beautiful

Fue una gran experiencia. Desde antes de comenzar con el soporte de Ms Jade para cualquier duda que tuviera y coordinando todo. Por otro lado destacar a Minh nuestro manager a bordo y todo terreno que nos explicó cada actividad y siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades. La comida excelente, soy vegana y adaptaron todos los platos lo cual se agradece mucho. Recomendable!

The boat is unique , authentic cruising in a grand manner . Our room was spacious , well appointed with great views of Halong Bay. The room had a large private viewing deck to sit out . The. Cruise Manager Mr Minh was impeccable always there to assist and make our cruise memorable . Jade at Hera cruises was always available to assist in our logistics and ensure the cruise was successful . The food on board was fresh and delicious . And the tours provided and entertainment kept us interested . Thoroughly recommend the 2 day cruise .

Ogni persona che lavora per questa struttura mette anima e cuore nel proprio lavoro, partendo da Jade che ha preso contatti con noi già da una settimana prima del nostro arrivo, organizzando anche il trasporto dal nostro appartamento al porto, e viceversa, passando per William che si è preso cura di tutti durante il soggiorno, tutto lo staff a bordo, e infine anche una nota di merito al ragazzo sull’autobus del ritorno che ci ha riportato il passaporto dimenticato, grazie La struttura è pulita e molto bella, le uscite sono ben organizzate e si mangia anche bene, sono attenti anche alle diete, la nostra amica celiaca non ha avuto alcun problema, esperienza sicuramente positiva e consigliata

We loved our time on the boat. Lovely staff. Tony was a great cruise director. The activities included were also such a wonderful inclusion. Definitely do the two nights. Ye on the day tour was fantastic. Lovely room with an ever changing view.

Maybe some more breakfast options.

The rooms were very pretty - classic wood paneling - pretty flooring and windows. The dining room was well laid out - like a Michelin star restaurant. The food was delicious

Proposte molte attività che potrebbero risultare quasi ridondanti. Agenda piena. Attrazioni turistiche fuori dalla crociera invivibili in alta stagione.
