Hera Grand Luxury Cruise

Location is wonderful

Our first room was small on the lower deck. We thought we going to have a room with a balcony, as seen on the Bookings website. We had to pay to upgrade to the room we thought we were getting in the first place. The second night we stayed was really lovely with plenty of room for our things and a lovely deck. This was the best room on the ship, and felt like a luxury cruise.

Le personnel dans l’ensemble était très agréable. Guide très sympathique. Les repas étaient très bons.

Nous avons eu un problème avec le bain à remous qui n’a jamais fonctionné alors que nous l’avons signalé 2 fois à l’établissement et que surtout nous avons effectué une croisière de 2 nuits sur le bateau, c’est dommage. En dehors du guide, personne ne parlait vraiment anglais. Nous avions booké le Hera Cruise grand luxury, nous avons fait notre croisière sur le Amanda halong bay, pas du tout le même standing.

I had a beautiful cabin, balcony and a bath overlooking the ocean. Food was amazing. Minh, Tram and Huong along with the other staff were so helpful! Roxanne was always on hand via WhatsApp to help any needs I had.

Staff on board are very friendly. On our first day, the staff wore name badges so easy for us to recognized them. Lily @the restaurant and Dan the cruise master were very good. Staff on our second day didn't have name badges on them. A shame that we couldn't name any to thank them.

We were lucky with the weather and did all our activities. Kayaking and cave visits were good.

The staff of the cruise was caring and kind. The boat is classic and elegant

The activities of the first day were not worth, as the locations were absolutely crowded with tourists. We could only enjoy the ones on the second day. Also cleanningness was not the best as one pillow and robe had some dirty marks

There was always a nice cozy place for you to go and chill and have a drink

I think the top deck should have more things in it

Spontan da unser Schiff nicht mehr verfügbar war ein Upgrade auf ein anders mit besserem Zimmer . Super um den Transfer von Hotel zum Schiff und Schiff zum Flughafen gekümmert .Personal war super Freundlich und Hilfsbereite. Die Cave ,Kajak,Kochen waren auch sehr gut unser Guide war super.

Da kann der Veranstalter nichts dafür Tip Top Island total überlaufen .

There was some confusion at first about the booking because of the amenities description for a Junior Suite in Bookings.com that featured a balcony (not the case). Our coordinator Jade responded immediately and transferred us to another boat and upgraded us to a VIP suite. Thank you Jade! The staff on board coordinating the activities were also first class, especially Than Dan the Man with the Fan!
