Hera Grand Luxury Cruise

We loved our cruise with Hera Grand Lux. Our host Minh was fantastic and the other staff were lovely. The food was incredible! Recommend two nights! Loved our second day exploring the quieter areas.

The staff were great, views were breathtaking, food was amazing. I really can't fault the cruise, I'd happily come back with the same crew and ive recommended it to family and friends. 10/10

From planning and communication to organization and the experience on-site, everything was excellent. There was an issue with our original booking, but the team led by Ms. Hana proactively offered us an even better alternative. The trip was absolutely breathtaking. The staff on-site were very friendly and attentive, and their English was good. The food was delicious, and Mr. Lee, the cruise manager, ensured that everything was perfectly organized while genuinely caring for the guests’ well-being. Everything was very clean and in great condition. An unforgettable journey – we can only recommend it! Many thanks!

The ship was great, an older period boat with a cabin that could have been a Victoria schooner. Very classy. The staff were great and the food excellent.

The trip for the first day was crowded with so many other boats, the landings at the caves and the viewpoint were heavily overcrowded. However, the second day was beautiful. Much quieter, we seemed to have the bay to ourselves and the stops were more atmospheric because of the solitude. I would recommend the extra day.

The WhatsApp communication and service from the team prior to embarking was great. The Sea Star super yacht was absolutely stunning. Very luxurious! The facilities on board were first class. Food, service and staff were all excellent. The trips to the Pearl farm and caves topped off our Halong Bay experience. A magical place to visit

We loved the floating scenery and the very helpful and sweet staff at the boat and the perfect guide, Ming for the tours. Food was outstanding! Hanna at the travel agency was accommodating and very helpful along the whole journey. Highly recommmendable!
