Heart of Windermere

Ideally located for exploring Windermere and surrounding areas. The apartment was very clean and appeared freshly decorated. Excellent instructions and guidance provided by the owner.

Some basic items were missing when we arrived, such as handwash, plate drying rack and no coat/clothes hooks in any of the rooms. These are very minor observations.

The location is so perfect that nothing else really matters. And it has a parking spot which is priceless !

There is an external staircase you have to climb up 2 floors. We did not have any problem, but some others might if they have heavy luggage, so just pointing out. The car park and the entrance are from the rear of the building. When coming down Crescent road you have to take a left on Oak street (not Birch street as I was told to do in the instructions I received), and then it is immediately in a lane on the right.

The location was great,near shops and restaurants. Also, not too far from the lake.The apartment was lovely, clean with everything we needed.

The only thing that I can say was disappointing is that the shower water pressure and temperature kept changing....

The beds are super comfortable. Property nice and clean. Host very attentive and the property is in great location. Would definitely return
