"Could be better"

Location. Comfy bed. Nice living room.

Food remains on the baking trays and dirty dishes. Broken TV remote. Only 3 knives. Broken blind in main bedroom. Dirty shower cable, tap area and shower screen. Only get hot water in the shower by turning on the cold sink tap.

Clean and comfortable But we o let used the beds and shower as was travelling for work so did not need kitchen or lounge etc

Deposit bond of £250 then 9 days after stay before refund of £240 cause of a admin fee All booked thought booking.com and never knew about the extra charge till we was ringing up to get access I should not be charged a admin fee for getting the money back And it should be one price is for everything all inc As trying to claim the money back for a work trip is now a nightmare won’t be booking again it’s really put us off using them

"Well equipped for a family and perfect location"

Great location, nicely decorated, clean and very well equipped overall

If I had one criticism it would be to have more glasses for drinking water / juice and to have some kitchen roll but that’s literally it!

"Light, airy and spacious. Walking distance to everything"

Lovely and spacious. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 kids. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants etc. lovely and quiet

Just a couple of little maintenance issues which absolutely did not affect our stay at all.
