"Lovely apartment with everything you could need but very badly let down by the heating fault"

Central heating control was not working. Phoned Host & Stay who said they would get back to me but didn't, emailed them when i got home and still had no reply, very disappointed.

Could have done with a few little home touches- no oven gloves, no hooks for coats etc, minimal cooking utensils

"Poor communication"

Good location-close to train station, short walk to beach Large apartment Tea, coffee etc provided upon arrival Easy to access building

Stain on carpet (wet) in main living area when we arrived Hot water nozzle on shower jammed so could only have luke warm shower Plug wouldn't stay in the bath so unable to have a bath Communication was very poor, although there were a lot of automated messages regarding checking in and out, I sent multiple emails and messages regarding issues we were having only to be replied to when it is too late. Yesterday a man knocked on the door claiming to be the owner with another person claiming he wanted to show this other person an empty apartment? My husband did not let them in and surely if you are the owner, you know which Apartments are occupied? The apartment was also quite dusty, cobwebs up in the corner of the room.

"This could be a lovely holiday home if it was managed better"

The location is good and the actual apartment is spacious and very light and airy.

The entrance hallway was grubby and unsightly. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom has mould around the bath. The wardrobe doors and window blind broken, there were stains on the living room carpet.

Some stains on carpet and one set of bedding. Shower was a little cool.

"We had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Very convinient location."

The lock box was a little stiff, But we got the keys out eventually.

The TV get losing signal, which made watching anything imposible. Could have done with a hook on the bathroom door for towels/clothes.
