Excellent location as we were attending a graduation at the Cathedral Well equipped and very clean Communication was simple and very responsive to any queries

Living room in basement It was very noisy on street side of house early in morning eg 4am with bottle collection/delivery nearby and 5am bin lorry - the window in downstairs bedroom didn’t shut so made the noise worse

La situation géographique

Suite à mon précédent commentaire négatif, l'agence en charge de la gestion de ce logement m’a contactée à de nombreuses reprises en insistant pour que je le modifie à la hausse. Après échanges, un accord a finalement été trouvé avec un remboursement à hauteur de 50 % du prix du séjour. Dans ce contexte, j’accepte de revoir ma note à la hausse. Cela étant dit, les problèmes rencontrés lors du séjour étaient bien réels : logement situé dans une zone sous arrêté de péril, wifi non fonctionnel, salle de bain très humide avec moisissures, absence de rideaux dans une chambre, mauvaise isolation phonique et cour inutilisable. Je modifie donc ma note pour refléter le geste commercial effectué, mais l’expérience initiale reste mitigée et les points mentionnés méritent d’être pris en compte pour les futurs voyageurs, d'autant que pas mal de ces manquements sont à déplorer depuis longtemps, si j'en crois les précédents commentaires. Un conseil : rectifiez rapidement ce que vous vous êtes engagé à faire depuis longtemps.

Kallt. Det skulle funnits fler täcken så att man inte behövde dela täcke om man delar säng. Någon dubbelsäng kunde gärna fått vara bredare (eller 2 sängar).

Perfect location and street parking (for a fee). Very bright and airy. Had everything that is needed for a short stay. Despite being very central it was still quite at night which was a bonus.

I believe there was a leak in the downstairs toilet. My bad for not flagging during stay as we were incredibly busy. We were staying during a very cold time and when we first arrived it was freezing and took a while for the house to warm up.

Close to centre

No curtains but broken blinds ( too light) steep stairs. Not ideal position of 2nd toilet for 3rd bedroom

Close to city centre. Very efficient communication by koala rentals .

House has a damp problem smells of damp.The lounge cold, not at all cosy. Needs pictures etc the Sofa is uncomfortable. The Downstairs shower room has awful visible damp !. Throughout the house is very basic decor. lots of safety issues, i.e., wire across thresholds. Uneven surfaces where floor not finished . Cobwebs on light. En suite shower electric shower awful. Cheap bed linen and towels. No blackout blinds curtains in kitchen upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. Generally needs TLC .

Superb central location

Could do with some tlc in downstairs shower/toilet and corner of kitchen ceiling

Great location, well furnished, comfortable and close to the center and the cathedral.

Everything was fine, but curtains in the bedrooms could be a plus, to keep it dark at night.
