Beautiful & comfortable room, the location was excellent, right at the entry of old San Juan. Highly recommend!

If you’re renting a car, be ready to pay for parking at the nearby parking garages. Street parking is incredibly scarce and difficult.

Not sure if it was that the floors were polished/waxed, but there was a smell of some sore of chemical, but since we were out and about didn’t bother us much.

The highlight of this property is definately the location. Near a supermarket,restaurants,Walgreens,and Plaza Colon. Since we didn't have a car this was easy walking distance for all the sites and we were able to get picked up for excursions in Plaza Colon. The beds- main bed and pull out couch bed were both very comfortable.

I rely heavily on pictures posted for the properties listed on booking.com. I was disappointed upon entry to the property which smelled musty and moldy. Took some fidgeting with the AC remote batteries to get it turned on. The paint is peeling on the ceiling and you can see the mold and mildew coming through the paint on the ceiling over the main bed. Some light bulbs burnt out in chandelier and the clock on the wall stopped at 4:20 some time ago. One of the balconies doors near the main bed is latched shut high up so we didn't even get to enjoy both balconies. This room needs some TLC or reduce the price of stay.

Breakfast was local on same street. Get my local coffee for less than $3 Room very clean and bed comfortable. The hostess was great.

No complaints for us. We applied mosquito repellent on at night. Just to be safe because balcony doors are open. Noises at night is expected due to location. Sunday night was the most quiet night

Beautiful and very fun, unique place with lovely balcony in the city. Such a cool place- we loved all the little touches! The decor was so pretty and wish we would have had longer here. Would stay here again.

Location was excellent for getting around old San Juan, and prime pick up location next to plaza de colon for tour pick ups!
