Great flat, perfect location for visiting Hare and Hounds

whole flat was freezing and heaters didnt really help

Can't beat the location if going to a gig at The Hare and Hounds and it is not pricey. The beds were comfy.

The whole place was freezing cold on arrival, there is no central heating, so it took a while for the various heaters to warm up the rooms. I slept in socks, partly because of the freezing bathroom visit in the night. It felt like I was back in student accommodation in the 80's! The toilet seat was broken and generally the bathroom needs work (and heat)

Area good close to shops, most places we wanted where like 20-30 mins away so not too far.

The only thing was it was very cold inside so had to put radiator on to warm the place up. The noise of the pub music but that's expected wasn't too much of an issue for us & my son said the shower was either too hot or too cold couldn't get good temp. But overall good I would say.

It was a spacious flat with all the facilities needed for a night stay for my children's birthday weekend. The beds were comfortable and provided free WiFi and would of been netflix but it wasn't signed in so couldn't watch it.

The bar downstairs was very loud till 1am. Luckily the kids and other half can sleep through a tornado. I sleep with ear plugs due to unwanted snores in the room. So this was manageable for me. The alley way to the flat was cluttered. We also didn't have hot water this morning. The bathroom was clean and towels were provided. Although the toilet seat was loose and you kept sliding

It was excellent location for Birmingham new irsh centre. Was perfect for us pub across the road. Plenty shops around. Ideal for festival goers.

The location of the property is brilliant, opposite to the venue we were seeing a band and on a nice vibrant street of bars.

The property was clean and had facilities we required, but was tired and possibly needs a refresh, unfortunately the entry via the side and up the back stairs were blocked by a discarded table and other equipment from the bar below and restaurant next door.
