Two bed flat in popular York Rd

Location - well located for Kings Heath

Very cold, no central heating. I don’t think it had been properly cleaned. There was a soiled towel at the entrance next to our clean towels and our bed wasn’t properly made. Dirt and mud on the floor at the entrance. None of the little welcome touches that others experienced. I honestly thought someone was staying there when we walked in because it did not feel prepared for guests. The toilet seat is broken. Honestly this place needs a lot of work.

Stayed here for a gig at the hare and hounds and it was in the perfect spot! Less than a minute to the venue!! Outside of the city centre so much quieter and close to the kings heath high street so plenty of shops near by! It was clean and cozy but spacious for a flat.

Visiting in February it was a little cold but as soon as the heaters go on it warms up soon enough.

The location across the street from hare and hounds was perfect for seeing the show , no cost needed :)

It was chilly inside, normal for an English home, just chilly for a Canadian used to central heating. The owner had already put a space heater in beforehand, so it was the best it could be
