Two bed flat in popular York Rd

Flat was nice clean and well equipped host was considerate and left a welcome plate of muffins which the children loved after our long journey.

Parking was extremely difficult and worrying the property is above a pub and across from another pub that both seem to have late licences there was excess noise untill 3am we couldn't sleep there was also fighting shouting and screaming which made me feel very unsafe. I wouldn't advise suitable for families. But great for younger couples that want to enjoy night life.

Easy to find parking, all necessities there, bright and sunny, cheerful, games for the children

Good location as near to family! Excellent artisan market on Sunday morning on York road which was an unexpected bonus. Close to lovely park and high street shops. Nice of Tracey to leave milk and cakes for a welcome drink!

Opposite noisy nightclub …I think only on a Saturday night. Would not suit some people as music until nearly 4am but as we were at a family party wasn’t too much of a problem for us. Market also set up early but it’s only once a month.

We were at a gig in the Hare & Hounds and this flat is right across the road, absolutely perfect. Flat was easy to access and very clean. Ideal place to stay for us. Transport links from Birmingham are great, bus (No.50) every 5 mins or so.

The entry close is a bit cluttered with old furniture and there's a bit of noise at night from the pub below and takeaway next door but it gets quieter after midnight'ish.

The apartment was perfect! the location is lovely everyone in the area was so welcoming, Tracey was so helpful and kind. The apartment was easy to find and was very homely and cozy the beds were comfy and there wasn’t any noise pollution from the roads nearby which we were surprised about.

The flat was ideal for our short stay in Birmingham - it had everything we needed. It was clean and welcoming with tea, coffee and fresh milk in the fridge.

There was bedding for the sofa bed but no linen.

Close to everything we needed. Good communication.
