If you want to experience the beauty of Italy for a little while, this is your place.

The view was magnificent, and the history of the villa was interesting in that Mussolini had stayed there. The balconies provided for a spectacular morning coffee over looking Lake Como and surrounding areas!

The road was very winding and often you had to stop and back up to continue your drive up to the villa. A small car is necessary to make the drive less stressful.

The plumbing - the main bath didn't drain, so we couldn't use it, the upstairs shower sprayed over the floor. The pillows were lumpy. The only working coffee pot was inadequate for a large group of people which meant having to wait for it to cool down and remake coffee several more times to cater for everyone.

Das Haus hat einen ganz speziellen Charakter und ist eine Villa im wörtlichen Sinne. Die Terasse mit dem Blick ins Tal ist einmalig!

Die Amaturen im Bad sind antik, das sieht traumhaft aus ist im Alltag aber manchmal etwas mühsam. Aber ist es wert!

We stayed at this villa in Italy as a group of 8 people, and it was absolutely amazing. The space is huge, so everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the stay. The atmosphere was great — warm and cozy inside, with nice music that made the place feel even more welcoming. The bathrooms were beautiful and very well designed. The villa is also fully equipped with everything you might need, which made our stay comfortable and easy. Overall, it was a wonderful place for a group trip, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und die Lage ist traumhaft. Auf dem Balkon konnte man die ganze Stadt Como sehen mit Blick aufs Wasser und Stadion. Alles war sehr vintage eingerichtet aber bei so einer historischen Villa ist das ein muss. Dennoch war alles vorhanden. Wasserkocher, WLAN etc.

Der Wasserdruck der Duschen hätte besser seine können.

This villa is a true architectural gem. The most of the interior are original and unique pieces, which have been preserved with care. The view at come lake at sunset is just magical.

Since we were there during the winter months and most of the utilities are kept in their original states, it was a bit chilly and it takes a little bit of time for the water to run warm. But our host Giovanni was always ready to help.
