New and clean. Staff is really good and helpful. Car park is good and free. Big room and big bed and toilet and bathroom are separate and big. All facilities are perfect and meet conditions as when I booked it.

Everything in this hotel is good and useful. Perfect for staying during go back to Hakata station.
