Really lovely big space - nice touch having tea coffee etc. Great location in Clitheroe for a wedding at Holmes mill.

Potentially had a very slight damp smell but nothing super noticeable.

"Overall good accommodation but in need of a little attention."

Comfortable, good location for our visit.

Disappointed there was no plug in the bathroom wash hand basin. Could have been cleaner. The fridge hadn’t been cleaned from previous occupants. Broken picture which had fallen off the lounge wall had been left on a radiator. We put it on the floor to save further damage. Kitchen flooring a bit of a mess.

Good size and layout - matched photos and description. Excellent location - close enough to shops and train station for easy access. Had a minor issue which the owner responded with to my satisfaction immediately on being notified - cannot fault their attitude at all.
