Stylish 3 Bed Home in Clitheroe

Location very good

It was very cold. No heating had been on for a while. The heating when on was hit and miss. Also the kitchen had lots of little flies about. Think something in the past had been left in the bins..we had to cover everything. Although there was a dishwasher cups were scarce. So you had to wash them up..

Perfect location for a visit to our daughter and future son in laws wedding venue

It was spacious and reasonably well equipped, however there were a few issues with the decor which could be touched up where there had been water damage etc. The biggest problem was no lock on the bathroom door , no toilet brush and missing plug in the basin . We were a party of 6 but there were only 5 usable mugs, 4 place mats and only 4 dining chairs ( two additional folding chairs found in the bedroom closet which were too low down to be able to eat at the table comfortably. There were also no closet or hanging space in two of the 3 bedrooms. The bedding and towels were very clean and good quality. Many of the kitchen units and kick boards needed fixing but the kitchen was very well equipped , plenty of drinks glasses and dinner wear .

Location- near town centre. 3 separate beds, clean and modern

Could do with 2 front door keys, as there’s no letterbox. when someone goes out separately they have to leave front door open Mattress not great in middle bedroom

Great location nice property.

Needs some attention to detail. Needs a good clean like the pots and oven glove and some cutlery were not clean. No welcome book and a what to do, just a scruffy piece of paper. No instruction on the WiFi. The mattress in the main bedroom needs replacing, very uncomfortable.

Beautifully furnished. Lovely clean white towels and bed linen. It was great having an iron and hair drier available. Good, fast communication with our host.

As we were there for a wedding, perhaps having a hook in the second and third bedroom for hanging formal clothes, and a second front door key, would have been useful.
