"Superb"

Came with friends for a few days ,couldn't have pick a better place to stay ,clean and tidy ,comfy beds,towels and hairdryer in tge cupboard.plenty of space we never felt cramped in .perfect location for walk to everything, chippy and Indian next door and a fabulous buttie shop just down the road ,definitely think about coming back.

Only down side ,no hand rail on the stairs from the top room

"Good location and suited our needs to attend a family wedding in Gisburn ."

Good location , we needed somewhere to stay close to a wedding venue .

There were lots of small black flies in the downstairs living and kitchen rooms couldn’t locate the source , the house was clean tho . There were only 4 mugs in the kitchen . No tv channels . No Wi-Fi info . Restricted on road parking as the location is next door to 2 takeaways so it was busy .
