The One 'Private Island' Escape

I really like this island. The staff is very friendly. The receptionist Mr. Dat is very enthusiastic. There are many free activities: table tennis, volleyball... The party every night is great. The food is delicious and the price is reasonable. I will come back to this island.

Paradise island. Everything was great. Had campfire in the evening. Really appreciated the very friendly staff, especially Mr. Dat, always willing to help us book buses and recommend next places to go in Vietnam.

You get exactly what, what you‘re booking: A cozy room with an amazing seaview, the sound of the ocean while sleeping in and a dreamy lonely island with the view on cat ba. Luke was extremely present, caring and helpful during our stay. He even gifted us a pre-valentines present! It‘s a perfect place to just relax, but you can also go kayaking, play volleyball, pool, table tennis or table soccer. It’s a nice laid back vibe but can be social if you want to.

Everything was great . the island is about 20 minutes by boat from the port . the staff were very friendly . lots of free activities on the island . Mr. Dat the receptionist was very helpful.

Wow, this place is a real gem! We were unwell with colds but what a spectacular place to recover. We arrived and immediately booked a longer stay. The island is amazing and the beachfront bungalows just idyllic. The staff were excellent arranging little group hikes and other events which made meeting others easy. What a great vibe! The choice and coat of food was great too.

Sometimes the music in the bar area was a bit loud, but we could just pick a seat further away so it wasn’t really an issue.

Great place to stay, it is such a fantastic location. Good beaches, hikes and free kyaks! The price of food was reasonable for the location. Mr. Dat is very helpful and friendly.

Lets start with the staff who are absolutely amazing. the Manager Tommy is the welcoming, warm spirited and also knows how to make a great " special tommy cocktail" (so make sure you ask him to make one for you.) then you have my favorite person on the island Tina, who is the bar manager, she is the person who is there all day and no matter how busy you see he she still finds a way to make everyone feel involved, from giving everyone happy water shots to take together as a family, or just talking to you while she makes drinks. the atmosphere, the views are incredible, but what made this place amazing was the people.

i didnt like that i had to leave, that was the saddest goodbye ive had to say while traveling, because you become so comfortable with everyone, the worst part of this trip for ranyone deciding to go here will be having to get on the boat to the mainland.

incredible place, unique exeprience. The cabins have amazing views, and you can use everything for free - kayaks, sunbeds, hammocks, pool table, etc. Breakfast was also yummy with a lot of pretty fruits. you can even choose between different beaches, or do short hikes.

No hairdryer in the rooms - i guess it isn't needed in the summer, but it was a little cold and windy in january for wet hair. Also, I wish it was possible to get some sort of extra transfers during the day without paying the extra charge; the 9-4 time period kind of makes it impossible to do anything on Cat ba (national park, cruise ). But I understand the difficulties of this, and I still fully recommend staying here.
