The first night we woke up with no water. It got fixed but we already had to leave for our activity. No breakfast included option. The beds in our room were super uncomfortable. In our 2nd room they were better.
CAUSOur view was amazing of the lake and volcanos! The Bungalow was very cute with a rustic setting! Staff was super attentive . Close to the water taxi shuttle!!!
Hostel down the way was loud at night but shut down by 10pm.

DEBeautiful view on the lake, nice garden with little patios. Really pretty decor. I would recommand the rooms in the back, further away from the port and road, because otherwise, get ready to wake up at 6am with the noise of the boats.
Unfortunately too expensive for the standard. Staff at reception was not very flexibel nor helpful or very friendly. After two nights we changed rooms to the cheaper bungalows in the backyard. They didn’t have Wifi, there were insects everywhere, no moscito net on the windows, bad smell. It’s fine, it was totally ok for us, but not for the price (400 qtz per night).
GBIt was a nice location next to the port so a 10 second walk. Staff were nice. Lovely room. Good views.
Staff didn’t speak English. Hard to communicate. Very loud on a night time till 11:15pm with the bar next door
