ILLake view from the balcony was nice
the water shower is almost cold. The mattress is too Hurd and not comfortable. No coffee or tea supplies for free for guests even for breakfast. High price- basic value.
USThe views here are spectacular!!! Right off the dock. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was cleaned every morning. The staff is also very nice! Breakfast at the restaurant is great as well!
Con was that there was a dog playing on the roof at night which was very loud but that is not their fault. Also a little nosier since it’s by the dock but it didn’t bother me much as i was exhausted and just slept through it. Also the food and coffee at the restaurant took a long time to be served but i imagine thats because everything is made fresh on site. Just fyi if you’re starving, you will have to wait a while.

The noise from the boats definitely kept us awake as did the rattling windows during higher winds.

The double beds were very firm and quite small. Breakfast service was very slow, dinner (pre-booked) was very efficient.
USWe let the company know about our poor experience the first night in the Garden view units and they moved us to a nice and newer built bungalow on the hill. GORGEOUS place to stay. It however still could be sealed better to prevent bugs from coming in, and scorpion in the shower! We would definitely stay in this unit again.
Garden view units are terrible. There was a floor to ceiling crack that has allowed for massive moisture intrusion resulting in heavy black mold development. Frequently used by ants spiders and other bugs, and they are everywhere! This unit did have a beautiful garden and lake view but NOT worth it to stay in the unit.

The property is close to the ferry terminal meaning that there is some early morning noise that didn’t bother us too much but I can see it being an issue for others.

USA beautiful hotel! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It is the first place you see when getting off the lanchas, and has gorgeous lake views.
The sheets frequently pulled off the bed throughout the night and I woke several times to readjust it.
