Garden flat in 'Little Chelsea'

I liked everything about the flat. James was a fantastic host and made sure we were happy with everything. The location was perfect for access to all local amenities.

We had the pleasure of renting James' wonderful garden flat in Eastbourne, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The location is incredibly convenient, just a 2-minute walk from Eastbourne Station and surrounded by restaurants and shops. It was a 10-15 minute stroll to the pier and the beautiful coast! The flat itself is both spacious and cozy, making it a perfect retreat. The large and modern bedroom, living room, kitchen, and garden provided ample space to relax and enjoy our stay. One of our favorite features was the fireplace, which added a warm and inviting touch to the space. James was a fantastic host. He was welcoming and understanding, accommodating our check-in and check-out times to make our stay as comfortable as possible. His hospitality and the quality of the flat made our time in Eastbourne truly enjoyable. We both highly recommend James' garden flat for a memorable stay in this charming seaside town!

Beautiful flat close to all amenities. Flat modern and clean with lovely large rooms and garden area. An easy walk to beach, restaurants, shops and theatre. Parking easily available just outside. Would definitely recommend.

Immaculate inside. Quiet location but in the centre of town. Within 10 minutes walk of all the shops, pubs, restaurants and the attractions. The host was very helpful and our stay was perfect.
