Immaculately clean and fresh throughout. Comfy bed. Perfectclocation walking distance from the station but in a quiet, pretty street.

the location is perfect; in the town centre, easy access to everything ie train station, buses, shops, eateries, yet on a quiet road and permit parking available via host, James

everything was just spot on ! The only thing that I asked for was a bath sheet (rather than the smaller bath towel provided) which James kindly provided on day 2

James the host showed us the flat which was spacious and spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed in the flat and really enjoyed our stay. The property is located in a short quiet road but in the centre of Eastbourne. The area is nice with lots of privately owned shops, cafe's and restaurants. James was very helpful in providing parking permits so that we could park outside. Overall an excellent trip to visit a sister, we can't wait to stay again !

Location ,welcome and information. In the town centre without having the noise. Parking was by permit provided by host.

For us the bed was a little soft and not quite big enough. I do have a super king at home so not many would match my personal comfort.

Wonderful spacious well equipped flat and very approachable owner James. You'll have everything you need for your stay and if there's anything you want, just speak to James who lives upstairs. It's literally across the road from Eastbourne Station & high street, including the shopping centre with a Cineworld on the top floor. The shopping centre has an M&S food court and Sainsbury's adjacent to it as well as a large Tesco express. The beach is a 10 min walk away. Car parking is included. I didn't need to use my car for the whole stay as everything you need is easily within walking distance.

Clean, spacious, everything you need is there. Smart TV, beautiful garden, large kitchen, It was perfect, we tried to book it again for a longer stay, but the week we wanted was booked, which is not surprising. Stunning place.

Extremely nice place to stay, spacious and light flat with a large bedroom, living room and kitchen. Well furnished and comfortable, with all the little things thought off (like milk in fridge as well as coffee,tea etc and all the cleaning products and washing machine tablets). Owners on site who were helpful without being in anyway intrusive. I'd study again and have already recommended to a friend!
