Stellar accommodations! Extremely clean, charming, and well appointed. Everything worked effortlessly. It was private and comfortable. Renovations and decor were high-quality, tasteful, and thoughtful in every way. Convenient location. Super kind and pleasant host. Highly recommend; it's a terrific spot and an excellent value.

Spacious basement flat. Fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Gorgeous little garden at rear. James is an excellent host who's only too happy to help with any queries. Parking is available adjacent to the accommodation and James provides the required daily permits. Eastbourne is a lively town and has a variety of eating places, bars and cocktail lounges. Locals are friendly and happy to stop and chat. Recommend tour bus to visit Beachy Head, Seven Sisters etc and is good VFM at £11.00 ...hop on/off all day.. Brighton is approx 4o mins by bus or you can catch a train.

Nothing to dislike.

It was absolutely amazing. Beautiful throughout, did not want to leave, would happily move in tomorrow on a permanent basis. Spectacular.
