"The flat is superb and our stay was perfect"

Everything. The flat is simply gorgeous, and although we did not have the weather to appreciate it, the pretty garden to sit in is an added bonus. James, our host was charming and polite. He showed us all around the flat and made sure we knew how everything worked. I have stayed in many places in Eastbourne and this is one of the best, if not the best. The location is really good. Close to the train station, shops and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

Nicely appointed garden flat. Close to everything. Ten minutes to the beach and the train station was a 2 minute walk. Great hosts.

Location was great, near treinstation en near city center. Lots of living space, well equipped kitchen. Felt like home away from home

Nothing in general, bed could have been a bit bigger. but that is personal taste.

Great location, close to the train station & town centre and only a short walk to the seafront. Our host James could not have been more friendly or helpful.
