Garden flat in 'Little Chelsea'

James was very welcoming and attentive which was nice. A lovely little flat for 2 people, good amenities and location

Wow, everything was perfect. James was an excellent host, being very accommodating to satisfy our early check-in request. The flat was very large, well-decorated, immaculately clean, comfortable, well-stocked with everything a guest may need, great location. Highly recommend.

No opportunities for improvement can be noted.

The flat was cosy, clean, well sized property. It was exactly as it showed on the photos when I booked it. The terraced garden was beautiful. Very inviting and the bed was comfortable too.

Without doubt, the Garden Flat in Little Chelsea sets the bar extremely high for other holiday rentals to aspire to. The pre arrival information and the welcome on arrival was great. Every little detail had been thought about - making it feel just like a home from home*. The location is central to great restaurants and bars, and just a stroll from the beach. It's really quiet, especially at night. *Look in a drawer to find a pen, or some shopping bags: they're there - just like at home. There's ice in the freezer, dishwasher tablets, tea/coffee/sugar in the jar, decent quality shower gel and shampoo in the shower, etc.

Great location with both town centre and beach within walking distance. Parking permits provided by host was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Very well presented flat and comfortable.

Quite simply on a personal level a King Size bed would have been far more suitable considering there is room available and my wife commented a mattress topper would have added an additional comfort level

Everything! During our month long travels, this was by far the cleanest and best maintained property. You could actually relax and feel comfortable. Bed offered a good night's sleep. The proximity to the town centre was amazing. It's literally just a stones throw away. I would definitely recommend this property.

There was nothing to dislike.

It was near the train station and shopping centre in a quiet street. Lots of restaurants nearby. The flat was beautifully decorated and bed comfortable. Lots of little touches to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Small outside seating area was ideal for breakfast. James was there to greet us and say goodbye.

Nothing, we thought the flat was ideal as a base.

The location in the centre of town right beside transport links and shops was perfect. We were able to get around without the car, using the parking permits provided to leave it in the street for the duration of our stay. The flat is spacious and comfortable and we loved being able to eat breakfast on the little patio outside. James was friendly and welcoming.

Minor detail, but we missed having a coffee pot!
