Garden flat in 'Little Chelsea'

This flat is super central, 2mins walk from train & bus station, James was an excellent host, so friendly & accommodating and the flat is large, very clean and very comfortable; a separate fold-out single bed available which was very comfy, travelled with smoker and the small terrace (off kitchen) is perfect to smoke outside but private

central super cosy apartment with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay, the flat was always nice and warm despite it being freezing outside and it was so nice to come home to. parking was always available either in the same street or the neighbouring one and the hosts were very friendly and made me feel safe and at home. will definitely stay here again.

Well appointed flat with everything you need for your stay. Spacious, spotless and very close to the train station and bars and restaurants of Eastbourne. James the host was very friendly and welcoming.

The property is in a great location, close to the train station, restaurants, and shopping. It was very clean and everything a guest needs is provided. James is a wonderful host! Highly recommend!

Zeer ruim en mooi appartement. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooral de keuken is top. Appartement bevindt zich op prima locatie, vlakbij station, winkelcentrum. Vriendelijke ontvangst door de host, James.

Er was niets wat ons tegenviel.

Lovely comfortable flat, just a short distance from the centre of Eastbourne. Host James was very friendly and helpful, particularly when we said we would be arriving early and he made sure that we could check-in two hours before the official time. There was also milk in the fridge. He also provided us with a parking permit, so our car was right outside on the busy road.
