Great location! Great communication with host.

Beautifully decorated and charming, also very clean. The outside seating was a bonus. Very comfortable beds including trundle bed. Well equipped kitchen. 10 min walk to train station.

Issues with door locking (needed more info) air conditioning was inefficient, so maybe more ceiling fans would help? Coffee machine but no coffee, milk in fridge was off. Not enough large towels provided for 6 adults. Sound proofing was needed as very noisy from the upstairs flat. Parking space was too small to fit our vehicle in, so had to leave the car on a road away from the property.

Perfect for our needs

Very comfortable, nicely updated 1-bedroom flat on a historic, tree-lined street near Humboldt Park. It was so helpful to have a parking space. Frustrating that the Nespresso coffee maker (only way to make coffee) was broken and was never replaced despite our early request.

Little things were missing: no dish towel in the kitchen, only bath towels (no face or hand towels or hair dryer) in the bathroom. The property is very nice but they seem to be skimping on maintenance.

Very nicely appointed apartment, clean, in a good location for us. Private parking in the rear.

Lack of wash clothes. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was inoperative forcing us to go out each morning for coffee.

The location was great! Close to the united center where our event was.

-Bed sheets, pillows cases and comforters used were not freshly washed instead it had the odor of it being used and not changed, but just made to look like no one had laid in the beds.. -bathroom smelled like urine and the bath mat was used previously cause you can tell from the embedded foot prints. -the refrigerator was not wiped clean and there were sticky and food stained shelves -for some reason there were a lot spiders and flies.. we don’t know why because we didn’t leave any food out nor did we have fruit that would produce fruit flies over night other than an uncut watermelon -we encountered 4 cockroaches that we tried to kill but they ran into the closet and when we opened the door to smash them, they ran into the cracks of the wall n floor and disappeared. -there were no extra pillows, sheets, pillow cases to use for the pull-out trundle.. only thing available were the decorative pillows. We did ask management and they told us there might be some in the basement but we did not go look cause it was kinda scary. -we had asked for a few more coffee pods and management said they would bring us some, but they never came. - we ended up not staying the 2nd night n reached out to management stating why, but no one has responded. -

Family friendly environment. Also liked the backyard on site parking included in the price.

Good area to stay in felt very safe.

The door key pad was hard to use at points during the stay.
