Red Robin Rentals - Wicker Park

Nothing!! It was completly disaster.

First of all, we were a family of 4 and we booked for four. There was no space for four, just one bed ready. The towels were dirty, and generally the whole apartment was really dirty. On the cough we found sheets from the previous guests. In the bathroom we found hairs, the floor was sticky, and the fridge very dirty.

The outdoor parking is really hard to get in and out of.. Neighbors dumpsters are in-the way.Probably can’t change. Need regular salt. Friendly neighbors next door ! Helpful if you had info on public transit to the loop or nearby walkable locations. Teaspoons needed. Hand held shower nozzle would’ve been good. Overall good.

Great location, relatively quiet area with short walk to nice restaurants. Nicely decorated and cozy.

We made the host aware that one of the beds was missing sheets and this was never addressed. No hand soap for handwashing. Closer attention needed for sweeping/vacuuming, there was a considerable amount of dust and debris on the floor and rug.

Big lovely apartment close to lots of fun businesses. Having a dedicated parking space was so helpful. Kitchen was well appointed. Manager was friendly and very prompt when helping to mitigate a problem. Loved having laundry facilities available. Definitely recommend.

One minor thing — a bread knife would have been helpful.

Awesome location in Wicker Park, lots of space, easy to find.

There was a disconcerting smell of gas in the living area.

Excellent in every category: location, cleanliness, amenities, value, availability and attentiveness of the host. The apartment exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk everywhere we needed to be. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommend and will definitely return! Thank you!
